Made by HR Wyllie China company (1904 - 1930s). Used to wash babies before plumbing was a convenience. Dirt still in the bottom of the pitcher! Chip on pitcher handle as well as blue paint faded on front of pitcher handle. Family heirloom used by great grandmother on the farm. See pictures for condition.
