Vintage Mini Lady Head Vase made in Japan. This beauty is wearing a black dress and matching hat. Her pearl necklace and earrings are original. She stands just over 3" and has no chips or cracks. She does exhibit crazing and has a small speck of paint missing from the top of her hat. The sticker is gone from the bottom of the vase, but it is made in Japan by Artmark.
