Antique RELIANCE MACHINE WORKS Industrial Train/ Trolley Counter (C7)

Mechanical wall mount industrial counter is 2.9 lbs measuring 9.5" x 2" x 3 1/4".
Unit has some rust and needs oiled as the numbers do not move as lever is pulled down.
There are a couple of screws and numbers missing on the left side of face.
