Early 1900s picture frame is light pink metal and has significant rust/paint missing which gives it a beautiful authentic antique look. The sage green paper matte has two heart shaped cutouts; each featuring Cupid Awake or Cupid Asleep.
There is also a light pink bow attached to the matte. Measures 5"x 7". Glass is in great condition and ready to hang!
The little girl dressed as a Cupid in this set of photos is Josephine Anderson. She was photographed in 1897 by photographer MB Parkinson.
The photos were popular in the early 20th century and were sold at stores such as Kresge's, Sears and Woolworths.
