Lovely pair of late Victorian/ Edwardian shoes made of soft chestnut brown leather with original laces. They have 2" wooden heels and a cloth lining inside. On the inside lining is the makers name, "Ravatt" with model numbers. I don't believe the size is included in the numbers. See pictures for details. I cannot give you a modern size for the shoes. The measurements are: sole 10" heel to toe; 3.75" across the ball of the foot; heel is 2" high; boot height 10" tall.
They have been stored correctly with paper inside to keep their shape.
Condition of the shoe is very good. The leather is still soft and pliable with scuffs on tips of toe and heel. The sole and wooden heel securely attached. The laces are original with pointed metal tips.
