Late 1800s Ornate Italian Ink Blotter Rocker is beautifully hand painted in rich colors. It has a wood handle that twists to allow panels to separate. The bottom panels are covered in a high quality art paper. Stamped on the side "Made in Italy". There is wear on the edges consistent with age of antique.
