Vintage Royal Sealy Girl ceramic head vase with plaid dress, blonde hair with pigtails and a green & black hat. She lost her umbrella, but you can insert flowers or something else of your choice in her cylinder vase. No chips or cracks, but does have some black paint smear on front of neck and has light paint wear. Measures approx. 4.5". Made in Japan - see pictures for details.
